Description
In 2005, the City Hall of Cisnadie called for the help of the "Astra" National Museum Complex to reorganize the spaces for exhibitions and to restore the items that were in an advanced state of decay. On this occasion, the specialists of the "Emil Sigerus" Saxon Ethnography Museum and the reinforcement laboratories, rearranged the exhibition halls with modern techniques and means of displaying the exhibits.
The museum exhibitions: at the ground floor: the hall representing the painted furniture from Cisnadie and Cisnadioara of the XVIII-XX centuries; the rooms from the first floor present - the rebuilding of the "living room" from Cisnadioara, the Saxon traditional costumes.
