Description
The facade from Eminescu Street is formed of three registers. The building lets to perceive the belonging to a provincial urban society, enjoying a monumental treatment of volumes, even though the city was less emancipated than the rest of the great European cities.
The specific elements in the style reorientation of the building are formed of the architectural details on the main facade, specific to the geographical context of the area, but also of the alternation of the main volumes.
