Description
It has a long history, being built in two phases in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. The building has five floors and the bells are very old, being donated by Stefan cel Mare. The tower also hosts one of the richest documentary libraries containing 20,000 volumes. Over time, the settlement, historical and architectural monument, was an important center of Romanian culture and education.
