Piarist Church
, known as the Jesuit Church or the University of Cluj-Napoca Church, with patron Holy Trinity, is the first Catholic church built in Transylvania after the Protestant Reform and in the same time the first ecclesiastic edifice in baroque style in the region.
It represents one of the most important symbols of Cluj, prototype for many other churches in Transylvania.

The church presents a contrast between the dark architecture outside and a very decorated interior, almost exuberant, a jewel of Baroque style. In front of the church was a statue of the Virgin Mary (the Statue of Plague), monument moved to another part of Cluj by the communist authorities.
